Mason Pilevsky is a New York based sound designer, musician, music composer, and audio mixer, who earned a BA in Theatre Design and Technology, summa cum laude from San Diego State University.
Mason’s musical pursuits include viola performance with Riverside Orchestra, the Queer Urban Orchestra, and Litha Symphony Orchestra, as well as singing in a Frank Loesser tribute concert with the Broadway at 92NY Chorus.
Mason holds an MA in Clinical Counseling from Alliant International University, a pursuit which merited induction into the Chi Sigma Iota international psychology honor society, and contributed to his highest earned credential, that of National Certified Counselor (NCC). Since then, Mason has been a therapist, a social worker, and a mental health social practitioner.
Mason publishes theatre reviews on Pages on Stages (www.pagesonstages.com), and had a ten minute play that he wrote, “Beautiful Issues” performed at 321 Plays for Trans Futures in Chicago.
